1. Introduction
This document, together with the texts it refers to, sets out the terms that govern access to and use of the website (www.huemaat.com), as well as the conditions applicable to the purchase of products through it (hereinafter, the “Conditions”).
We recommend that you read these Conditions carefully, as well as our Cookie Policy and Privacy Policy (together, the “Data Protection Policies”), before using the Platforms. The use of the Platforms implies acceptance and compliance with all the rules that govern their operation.
To place an order, you must expressly accept these Conditions and have read the information contained in our Privacy Policy, which will legally bind you. During the purchase process, confirmation windows prevent you from proceeding if information has not been provided correctly. You will also see a summary of your cart items before payment, allowing review and modification.
If you identify an error after completing payment, contact us immediately to resolve it.
6. Delivery
There may be circumstances arising from customization or unforeseen events that affect delivery. If we cannot meet the delivery date, we will inform you and offer the option to continue with a new delivery date or cancel with a full refund.
Delivery is considered complete when you or a designated third party acquires physical possession of the products.
7. Transfer of Risk and Ownership
From the moment delivery occurs, the risks associated with the products pass to the buyer. Ownership transfers once we have received full payment, unless delivery takes place later, in which case ownership transfers at the time of delivery.
8. Price and Payment Methods
Prices include VAT (where applicable) and shipping costs. Prices may change, but such changes will not affect confirmed orders.
You may pay with Visa, Mastercard, or American Express. By clicking "Authorize Payment," you confirm that the card belongs to you. Cards are subject to verification and authorization by the issuer. If not authorized, we are not responsible for any delay or failure to deliver.
9. VAT and Invoicing
Deliveries within Spanish VAT territory are subject to VAT, except Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla. Orders to these areas may be exempt but subject to local taxes/customs.
You authorize us to issue electronic invoices, but you may request paper invoices at no cost.
10. Warranties
Consumers are entitled to corrective measures at no cost for nonconformities within three years of delivery. Products are considered conforming if they match descriptions, serve usual purposes, and meet reasonable quality expectations.

11. Liability and Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the purchase price unless otherwise provided by law. We are not responsible for losses including income, business, profits, anticipated savings, data, or management time.
12. Intellectual and Industrial Property
All intellectual/industrial property rights belong to us or licensed entities. You may only use them as authorized.
13. Viruses, Hacking, and Other Attacks
Misuse of the Platforms by introducing viruses, gaining unauthorized access, or conducting DoS/DDoS attacks is strictly prohibited. Breaches will be reported, and your rights revoked immediately.
14. Links from Our Platforms
Links to third-party sites are for informational purposes only. We are not responsible for their content or any resulting damage.
15. Communications in Writing
Most communications will be electronic. You consent to this method, which meets legal requirements for written communication.
16. Notifications
Notifications must be sent to info@huemaat.com. We may notify you via email or postal mail. Notifications are deemed valid once posted, 24 hours after email, or three days after mailing.
17. Assignment of Rights and Obligations
You may not transfer rights/obligations without our consent. We may assign or subcontract at any time without affecting your rights.
18. Events Beyond Our Control (Force Majeure)
We are not liable for delays due to events beyond our control, including strikes, unrest, wars, natural disasters, transport failures, or government actions. Obligations are suspended during such events.
19. Waiver
Failure to enforce a right does not constitute a waiver. Waivers must be in writing.
20. Severability
If any clause is deemed invalid, remaining clauses remain in effect.
21. Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the full agreement between both parties. No reliance is placed on external promises unless fraudulent.
22. Modifications to the Terms and Conditions
We reserve the right to modify these Terms. Changes are not retroactive. If you disagree, do not use the Platforms.
23. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
Use of our Platforms and contracts are governed by Spanish law. Disputes are subject to Spanish courts, without affecting your statutory rights.
