Deliveries and Returns

SHIPPING POLICIES
Shipping is free to all countries where purchase is possible. The normal estimated
delivery time is 20 days: 12 days for manufacturing + 8 days for shipping. Please note
that it may be delayed by a few days due to reasons beyond our control, such as delays
in shipping airlines.

RETURN POLICY
We accept returns within 14 calendar days following the receipt of the products,
provided they are in perfect condition, unused and unaltered, and with all tags intact.
All our leggings are made to measure (customized in length according to each
customer's specifications), so under normal conditions, these products would not be
eligible for return. However, at HUEMAAT we want to give you the peace of mind that
if the leggings do not meet your expectations, you can return them.
To manage the return, you must write to us at info@huemaat.com, indicating the
order number and the product you wish to return. We will respond as soon as possible
with instructions on how to proceed with the return.
If you no longer have the original packaging, you may use any other as long as it
ensures adequate protection of the items.
Return shipping costs will be your responsibility, except in cases where the return is
due to a HUEMAAT error or a defect in the product. In such cases, the process will be
completely free.

Please note that if you decide to return the items with postage due, we will be
authorized to deduct from the refund the costs we have incurred for this reason.
Once the returned item is received, we will examine it and inform you if the refund is
appropriate. This will be processed as soon as possible and, in any case, within 14
calendar days from the receipt of the products.
Amounts paid for products with defects or flaws (if they truly exist) will be fully
refunded, including the original shipping costs and any costs you have incurred to
return the item.
